Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) aims to help individuals discover and understand the root cause of their issues, by accessing the subconscious mind to identify and resolve negative beliefs, emotions, and behaviors.
It is designed to treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and physical conditions, such as phobias, anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem, relationships, weight issues, and chronic pain.
RTT is done through a series of components including a pre-talk, induction, regression, and transformation. The therapist facilitates a relaxed state through visualization and guided imagery, allowing the subconscious mind to come forward and reveal the root cause of an issue. Once the root cause is discovered, the therapist uses a variety of techniques to challenge and reframe negative beliefs and replace them with positive ones. The goal is to help the individual undergo a powerful transformation that provides lasting change.
