Let’s face it, we get out of it what we put into it. Our energy, aka the vibe we give off, has a tremendous impact on the results we achieve. Meaning a negative attitude usually just perpetuates further negative responses and the cycle continues.
When we decide that we want to attract (or manifest as you’ve likely heard as buzz word these days) something, our mindset truly sets the stage for how successful we will be in our endeavours. As with meditation, ZenDecor is about cultivating the mindfulness of your environment by encouraging you to be present and make design decisions in line with your overall life intentions.
Here are 3 tips that you can use to attract a little more LOVE in your life:

- Positive Affirmations – YES, even when you decorate! Select words of affirmation (like the ones below) that support what you are trying to attract. The law of attraction needs you to demonstrate (and own) the qualities in which you wish to receive. By placing strategic reminders throughout your decor, you are encouraging a mindset that supports your mission. Remember, just like our friend Ghandi says, “you must BE the change you wish to see.”
- Mindful Selection – Colour has the incredible ability to greatly impact our mood. In fact there are several studies that have been conducted on this very topic. It should come as no surprise that red and pink are two of the strongest colours that you can use to attract love. Now don’t panic, if these colours are not high on your interior decorating list, (although you should note that the colour Sahara Rose is trending big time right now) incorporate small doses using accessories, artwork, or flowers.
- De-Clutter – Let go of what no longer serves you. No matter how expensive or sentimental, hanging onto reminders of past relationships is a sure fire way to block the energy of manifestation. If you are truly ready for love, your environment no longer requires trips down memory lane. Plus, there is significant research that illustrates the negative impact clutter has on our lives. Purge that sh!t, you’ll thank me later.

When you start decorating mindfully, you reduce the likelihood of unnecessary purchases and you also support local and shop artisan markets to either find or custom order pieces that truly resonate! ❤️
